Please note that Dr Butts will see self paying patients who present directly. Whilst not essential it is advisable to first visit your general practitioner for referral. This facilitates the provision of other important medical information from your file and avoids unnecessary duplication of investigations. This helps to minimise costs.

Patients who have health insurance must be referred by their general practitioner and confirm with the insurer, that they are able to purse a specialist opinion based on their policy. It is necessary to have a membership number and authorisation code for the consultation and any subsequent tests. Please do confirm that the consultation and any test costs are covered by the terms of the policy as you are responsible for any fees not covered by your insurer. Dr Butts is a registered provider with many established insurance providers. Due to the very high demand for the clinic he is currently only accepting self pay patients and new insured patients registered with AVIVA and VITALITY.

If you would like to be seen in the clinic but have further questions then please send an email to jeremybutts@confidesk.com and a member of the team will get back to you with available appointments. We understand that waiting can be frustrating particularly when worried about your health or that of a relative. Please be patient as Dr Butts may be busy during the day with his clinical commitments, but we will contact you and fit you in at short notice. Dr Butts is happy to arrange adhoc appointments where possible.

It is our policy not to communicate medical details over email to protect your privacy. Please restrict the email to details necessary to make the appointment. We may forward this email onto the relevant hospital admission team to contact you.
